ES Consulting Canada offers comprehensive inventory management solutions tailored to Canadian businesses. Our services include real-time tracking, automated reordering, multi-location management, and integration with major accounting platforms.
By accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. You also agree that we may, at our sole discretion, modify these terms, and you accept responsibility for reviewing them regularly.
To use our services, you must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence in Canada. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately at sample@email.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Clients may use our services as long as they agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of our services, including illegal or unauthorized activities, may result in suspension or termination of access.
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the use of our services as outlined in their subscription or service agreement. Fees are subject to change with notice and must be paid in full by the due date to avoid service disruption.
Clients may cancel their subscription by contacting us at sample@email.com. Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion, taking into account the usage period and applicable fees.
We collect, use, and disclose personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
All content, design, software, and technology provided by us remain our property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose. Any reproduction or redistribution of our intellectual property, not authorized by us in writing, is prohibited.
ES Consulting Canada is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee availability and continuity. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold ES Consulting Canada, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal actions arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, governmental actions, or network failures.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Continued use of the service after any changes are effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
